When you have one lamp at home and practice yoga for yourself or with friends "Personal Use" is perfect for you. When you like having access to more lamps and you teach yoga classes the "Studio License" is for you.
You can use the app for free. But support us and to enjoy more possible lamps and more music you should consider buying a license.
Yogasphere is the world's first multisensory yoga experience created by Esh Loh. It combines breath, movement, specially composed music (Yogatalas), light frequencies, and aromas to create a complete sensory journey. The goal is to bring all your senses into resonance and achieve a deep flow state.
Yoga Sphere suits your own practice at home as well as yoga teachers and studios who want to add a distinctive interplay of breath, movement, music, and light to their classes.
Yoga Sphere fits into any yoga style – Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga. You can adapt tempo, music and light to the practice at hand.
Yoga Sphere for iOS is in open beta, so it installs through TestFlight, Apple's beta app, rather than the App Store. Two minutes, and the order matters. First install TestFlight from the App Store. Then open https://testflight.apple.com/join/6sCKBfME on your iPhone or iPad -- Apple lists the app as "Yoga Sphere Studio-Beta" -- and tap through to install it. No invite code, no waiting for approval. Finally open the app and sign in with the same email address you use here, so your licence follows your account. If you see "An error occurred. The app could not be opened.", TestFlight simply is not installed yet -- install it and open the invite again. The full guide is at https://yogasphere.app/how-to
Unlike traditional yoga classes, Yogasphere creates a complete multisensory experience. The specially composed music matches your resting heart rate and promotes theta waves for deep relaxation and creativity. Combined with synchronized light frequencies and guided breathing meditation, it creates a uniquely immersive experience that engages all your senses simultaneously.
Not at all! Yogasphere is designed for all experience levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. The intuitive synchronization of breath, movement, and music makes it easy to follow along, regardless of your yoga background. The focus is on breath meditation in movement rather than complex poses.
Regular Yogasphere practice offers multiple benefits: deep relaxation and stress relief, improved breathing and body awareness, enhanced creativity and mental clarity, better regeneration, more energy and inner balance, and a stronger connection with yourself. Many users report feeling more present and centered after just one session.
Yogasphere was created by Esh Loh, a renowned musician, composer, and yoga teacher with over 25 years of yoga experience. His vision is to create a consciousness culture through the connection of breath, music, and body that promotes harmony and balance in life.
The music, called Yogatalas, is specially composed to match your resting heart rate and promote theta brain waves. This frequency range is associated with deep relaxation, creativity, and meditative states. The music acts as a guide, helping you naturally synchronize your breath and movement without conscious effort.
Light frequencies are carefully synchronized visual effects that work together with the music and your breathing rhythm. They help deepen your focus, enhance the meditative state, and create a complete sensory environment. The lights guide your attention inward while supporting the overall flow of the practice.
Session lengths vary depending on the format. Standard sessions typically last 45-75 minutes and always conclude with a deep relaxation phase. The app offers various session lengths to fit your schedule, from quick 20-minute practices to extended immersive experiences.
Yes! Yogasphere is specifically designed to dissolve stress and inner restlessness. The combination of breathwork, music at your heart's resting pulse, and multisensory engagement naturally activates your parasympathetic nervous system, promoting deep relaxation and helping to release anxiety.
Yogasphere features "breath meditation in movement" - an approach where breathing isn't just a component but the central guiding force. The music, lights, and movement all synchronize with your natural breath rhythm, making meditation intuitive and accessible even for those who find traditional seated meditation challenging.
